Ideal Supply Chain Consulting LLC ("Ideal Supply Chain," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect through this website and how we use it. The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it only to respond to you, and we don't sell or share it with anyone for marketing.
What we collect
- Information you submit. If you request a working session through our intake form, we receive what you enter: your role and company, work email, commercialization timeline, current planning approach, and anything you choose to tell us about your situation.
- Email correspondence. If you email us, we keep the correspondence as part of our normal business records.
- Basic technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not run analytics trackers or advertising cookies on this site, and we do not use cookie banners because there is nothing to consent to.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule and prepare for working sessions.
- To maintain our own business records of prospective and active engagements.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We do not send marketing email lists; if we contact you, it's a person replying to your inquiry.
Who processes it
This site is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions and server logs on our behalf (see Netlify's privacy policy). Email is processed by our business email provider. These providers act as service providers to us, not as independent users of your data.
Confidentiality
We work in pre-commercial biopharma and treat inbound inquiries with the same discretion we apply to client engagements. Information you share about your company, timeline, or program is used only to prepare for our conversation with you.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful for the purpose you sent it. If you'd like us to delete your information or want a copy of what we hold, email info@idealsupplychain.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
